PACIFIC RIM

just came from watching "PACIFIC RIM"... turned out to be a big letdown.

para akong nanood ng Mighty Morphins Power Rangers The Movie...

over-acting at awkward maglakad 'yung bidang lalaki (lumi-Liam Hemsworth ang peg)... annoying 'yung japanese girl... distracting silang dalawa... ilang beses akong nakaidlip sa panonood...

hindi nakatulong ang special effects, pa-suspense na scoring at ang appearance ni Ron Perlman (Hellboy) para maisalba ang pelikulang ito...

over-rated...

i'll put this on my list of worst movies of 2013 (followed by The Call and Trance).

nope, hindi ito kasing ganda ng Transformers o ng Reel Steel man lang.

very disappointing, Guillermo del Toro!

sana binigay na lang 'to kay Zac Snyder... mas mapu-pull off niya 'to.

at sana, WOLVERINE na lang ang pinanood ko.

THE PURGE

really enjoyed watching "The Purge"...

the idea is not original pero for me, it's one of the best thrillers in years!

a single-location movie in the tradition of Panic Room, only filled with heart-stopping suspense and over-the-top violence...

pretty decent flick that is worth watching lalo na sa mga tulad kong slasher fans.

sampung palakpak para sa twist sa ending.
